After a couple months (maybe more than a couple), The Sausage Trailer is rearin' to go!
The construction process took a long time, but I was rewarded with few mistakes and difficult setbacks. The Sausage Trailer is complete with a grill, a three-bay sink with a holding tank and water heater, a cooler for the sausages and its own deep-cycle battery. The cooking area itself is quite small- 48"x50", but I managed to fit everything in, including me!
The Sausage Trailer was scheduled to attend the Soapbox Race in Marble Falls on 6/19/10, but somehow lost out because some other jerk sausage-supplier stole my spot! I really don't know what the issue was, but I am still looking to fill this weekend's slot. Top contenders seem to be the Kingsland Community Park and boat launch or one of the many Beverage Barns in the area! I will post an update as soon as something is worked out.
